all people in the artic you might want to join or make an army because artic storm is go unless you want to become allies with us. but if you do we get the artic but if you don't we will seez the artic and make under our control we aren't evil guys we just need to hold and see if it's a bad place we will stay and if its peaceful we will leave you along
